To help people create a life of abundance by shifting mindsets, implementing proven systems, and facilitating a community of action takers.

To help people create a life of abundance:

Zig Ziglar used to say, “You will get all you want in life, if you help enough other people get what they want.” We started Right Path to help people. When we started out in our real estate investing business, we were doing some things differently than others in our market, and we were getting different results. Better results. People on the outside, looking in, began to ask questions, and we were glad to answer. The way we saw it, if we taught someone to fish, it didn’t mean less fish for us, it meant more for everybody.

Shifting Mindsets:

One of the first things that we noticed as we began helping people create a life of abundance was that mentally… they weren’t ready for abundance. So many people are trained to think “I win, you lose,” but there are ways to create win-win situations. We realized that part of being successful in creating a new life meant shifting an old way of thinking to a new mindset.

"Paradigms are powerful because they create the lens through which we see the
world... If you want small changes in your life, work on your attitude. But if you want big
and primary changes, work on your paradigm."
-Dr. Stephen R. Covey

Dr. Covey goes on to say, "When one side benefits more than the other, that's a win-lose situation. To the winner it might look like success for a while, but in the long run, it breeds resentment and distrust,"...”In the long run, if it isn't a win for both of us, we both lose. That's why win-win is the only real alternative in interdependent realities.”

Implementing Proven Systems:

There is no lack of information in the world today. The problem actually becomes sorting the good information from the bad.
“We are drowning in information, while starving for wisdom.”
- E.O. Wilson, American entomologist and biologist, two-time Pulitzer Prize winner
We are just a search result away from being able to find out how some “expert” on the internet says something should be done. While that may seem helpful, there are many pitfalls to that approach:

● When was that advice written?
● Is it relevant to the state I live in and its laws?
● Is that “expert” actually successful?
Back at the turn of the 1900s, a lot of cars were built by some friends working in a barn, building the car, piece by piece. Then men like R.E. Olds and Henry Ford implemented the assembling line to auto manufacturing, and transformed the way vehicles were produced. Real estate education for too long has been teaching investors how to build a car in a barn. We built a company that buys over one hundred houses every year, and we are able to do that because we put systems in place that allow us to grow that business. These same proven systems that we use currently in our day-to-day business are what we train investors to use to grow their own businesses.

Facilitating a Community of Action Takers

One of the many benefits of helping people create a life of abundance by shifting mindsets and implementing proven systems, is the community that gets built around that core foundation.
“The great aim of education is not knowledge but action.” –Herbert Spencer English philosopher, biologist, anthropologist, & sociologist
To create a life of abundance requires taking action. The good news is that you don’t have to blaze a trail on your own. Others have been down this path before, leaving guideposts along the trail. The road doesn’t have to be lonely. Surrounded by a like-minded community, you gain accountability and momentum.

“A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” -Lao Tzu
